近日，裝載著GENMA品牌門座機(jī)部件的貨輪平穩(wěn)靠泊于潤(rùn)邦智裝碼頭，標(biāo)志著GENMA位于南通通州灣的制造基地取得重要節(jié)點(diǎn)性進(jìn)展。此舉極大提升了GENMA在大型海工裝備、起重裝備等整機(jī)產(chǎn)品方面的總裝與發(fā)運(yùn)能力，為GENMA拓展全球市場(chǎng)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

      作為GENMA在國內(nèi)的重要制造、總裝和發(fā)運(yùn)基地之一，潤(rùn)邦智裝碼頭建有4萬噸級(jí)深水泊位，碼頭長(zhǎng)度343米，水深達(dá)12米，配備2,000噸固定吊、150噸門座機(jī)等重型起重設(shè)備，可滿足大型海工模塊、化工裝備、船舶分段及液罐等超限產(chǎn)品的裝卸與發(fā)運(yùn)需求。

      此次成功靠泊，不僅全面檢驗(yàn)了碼頭前期基建運(yùn)營(yíng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的專業(yè)水平，更顯著增強(qiáng)了GENMA產(chǎn)品在國內(nèi)外的整體交付效率。目前，潤(rùn)邦智裝生產(chǎn)基地仍在全面建設(shè)中，預(yù)計(jì)2026年上半年完成項(xiàng)目竣工，整體年產(chǎn)能規(guī)模將達(dá)700臺(tái)/套高端裝備。

Recently, a cargo ship carrying GENMA portal crane components berthed smoothly at the wharf of Nantong Rainbow Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.(RIE). This event signifies a crucial milestone for GENMA's manufacturing base located in Nantong Tongzhou Bay. This achievement substantially enhances GENMA's overall assembly and shipping capabilities for complete products like large offshore equipment and lifting equipment, laying a solid foundation for GENMA's expansion into the global market.

As one of GENMA's key manufacturing, assembly, and shipping bases in China, the RIE Wharf features a 40,000-ton-class deep-water berth. The wharf is 343 meters long with a water depth of 12 meters, and is equipped with heavy-duty lifting equipment such as a 2,000-ton fixed crane and a 150-ton portal crane. These facilities enable the handling and shipment of out-of-gauge products, including large offshore modules, chemical equipment, ship segments, and liquid tanks.

This successful berthing not only thoroughly tested the professionalism of the wharf's preliminary infrastructure and operations team but also significantly boosted the overall domestic and international delivery efficiency of GENMA products. Currently, the RIE production base is still under comprehensive construction, with project completion expected in the first half of 2026. Upon full operation, the base's total annual production capacity is projected to reach 700 units/sets of high-end equipment.

Looking ahead, as the wharf and plant facilities become fully operational, GENMA will leverage Tongzhou Bay's unique geographical advantages and deep-water conditions to continuously provide customers with high-end, reliable marine engineering equipment and integrated solutions, further demonstrating its strength as a global high-end equipment brand.
